Terms of Service

1. The service

Clash provides live, head-to-head video battles with spectator voting, reactions, and chat. You must be 17 or older. You are responsible for what you say and broadcast.

2. Your content & our license

You keep ownership of your performances and messages. By participating in a clash that is recorded, you grant Clash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works (clips, compilations, promotions) from your recorded performances and associated chat contributions — on and off the platform, expressly including official Clash channels and accounts (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).

3. Likeness

You grant Clash the right to use your name, username, avatar, likeness, and voice as they appear in recorded clashes for operating and promoting the service. You can limit official-channel featuring in Settings → Privacy & Safety.

4. Deletion & survival

Deleting your account anonymizes your profile and pulls your unpublished replays. The license above survives for content already published or included in compilations before deletion.

5. Conduct

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, with a repeat-infringer policy for copyright violations (DMCA below).

6. Copyright / DMCA

Notices to the designated agent at jamesonvparker@gmail.com (formal registration pending). Include the work, the location on Clash, and your contact details. Counter-notices per 17 U.S.C. §512.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is"; liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Placeholder — counsel to complete.
